FRX Pro is a Non ablative laser with 1540 nm Er:Glass wavelength, for skin resurfacing. It produces a multitude of deep MTZs, or microscopic treatment zones, to remove aging signs and repair damaged skin. The old cells are removed while the laser's heat tightens skin and stimulates the production of collagen.
You can expect results in two phases, immediate instant result and the more progressive result. Progressive results occur over the next 3-6 months as the deeper layers of skin continue to heal.
While treatment provides benefits, Outcomes are influenced by specific skin condition and after care. Post care skin protection ensures maintaining results. Your physician will advise on the best approach for your individual needs.
Patient should expect to see temporary redness or burning sensation immediately following the treatment and bronzing or micro lesions a few days after the treatment.Moisturizing the skin will help alleviate any discomfort. Use of sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher is strongly recommended. Avoid direct sun exposure while you are healing (at least three months).
